TASTING NOTES:
Speyside, Scotland – A rare malt aged in a mix of first fill bourbon and mature Spanish sherry casks. Complex, Wonderfully rich.Green apple and caramel with lashes of leafy blackberries and lacquered oak on the nose. Nut-honey, sugared oranges and gingered sultanas on palate. Lush.
Nose: Rich, red apple, earthy and oaky with cola, vanilla, leather and red apple cream sponge and sweet cinnamon.
Palate: Rounded and pleasingly fruity, malty with more apple, vanilla and gentle whip of peat smoke.
Finish: Balanced and gently dry with hints of apricot and BBQ banana.
