WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Redd is our not too dry/not too sweet red sparkling wine. This cuvee is produced from Marquette, Regent, Pinot Noir, Chambourcin, Marechal Foch and Syrah wine grapes. The Pinot Noir was hand picked, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel. The red grape varieties were hand picked, crushed, and fermented on the skins to extract color and flavor. The wines were then blended before being fermented in the cuve close method produc- ing delicate, natural effervescence. Finished semi-sweet, the wine has aromas of ripe dark berries and sweet soil with full fruit flavors and the light mouthfeel of a sparkling wine.
