We chose this flower for its warm, herbal earthiness, and the softness it contributes to the texture. It plays a flavour role similar to that of angelica in other gins. This botanical is also responsible for the gin’s unique colour.

The classic taste found in most gins, it provides a complex flavour with notes of pine and citrus. And while London Dry Gins like a big juniper burst, our Pacific Northwest style gin uses a subtle varietal that isn’t too pushy, and balances nicely with the other less traditional botanicals.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also still be in the original package.
