DISTILLER’S NOTES:
From the renowned Fonseca family, perhaps the most significant growers of agave in the region for five generations, this Reposado is made from 100% estate grown plants, naturally fermented, distilled in double-column and copper pots and aged in French Oak wine casks from Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Loire. On last tatsing we were reminded of notes of lime blossoms, avaocado leaf, water chestnuts, Chai tea and vanilla. An exemplary Reposado.
