WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Left Coast Cellars Cali’s Cuvee Pinot Noir is a dark color and offers notes of blackberry, earth, forest floor, black tea and soy. Lean and focused with ripe tannins and a mineral finish.
TASTING NOTES:
If acidity was a source of electricity, the Cali Cuvee could light up the entire Willamette Valley. The wine’s aromas are distinctly red-fruited, with blackcap raspberry and cherry waltzing with a note of earthy/mossy flowering Nicotiana plant. Cranberry and cedar flavors are supported by velvety tannins.
