WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
A light and crisp, dry wine that showcases tropical aromas of stone fruit, white peach, lychee, guava, and honeysuckle. Its delightfully creamy mid-palate brims with zesty citrus and minerality, balanced by flavors of pink grapefruit, mango, kumquat zest, and yuzu curd.
While a delight on its own, the focused structure of this refreshing wine also makes it great for enjoying with lighter foods and exotic cuisine.
TASTING NOTES:
Lots of lemon-zest and celery aromas with some crushed stone here, following through to a medium-bodied palate with sliced grapefruit and dried lemon at the end. Fresh and tangy.

Grapefruit and tangerine notes appear on the nose of Gamble Family’s 2021 Sauvignon Blanc, while the medium-bodied palate is plump and almost creamy in texture, then finishes crisp and clean. Made in predominantly older barrels (70%) and stainless steel (30%), it’s a nicely balanced effort that should be enjoyed over the next couple of years.
