Winemaker Notes:
The Ribolla Gialla of the Friulian winery Zorzettig is a fresh and lively white wine that lends itself well to accompany light dishes based on vegetables, fish or cheese. This territorial label is made with homonymous grapes selected manually and from an aging of 5 months in steel tanks and 1 month in bottle. The color is bright straw yellow while the aromas released recall white floral notes, crunchy fruit and honey. The taste is agile, fresh, characterful, balanced and persistent.
