Winemaker’s Notes
”The Chardonnay is a native grape of the Burgundy area, formerly named „Pinot Blanc”. It perfectly matches the terroir of the Burgundy: poor soil or calcareous marl, perfect exposure but a temperate climate. It is used for the production of white Burgundy wine. The Bourgogne Chardonnay is a still, dry, white wine with fruit aromas (lychee, pear). As a result of the perfect location, the sugar content can reach a high level whilst maintaining a balance of fruit and acidity. It is rapidly available for a tasting. Produced in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet, our Chardonnay is a very fine representative of the grape, noble and straight.”
