WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
An off-dry wine with powerful aromas of tropical fruits, roses and spices. Subtle and fragrant, with an ample texture on the palate. The natural spiciness of gewürztraminer pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, especialy Asian cuisine. The wine will be excellent now and enjoyed over the next two years. Best served chilled at about 50° F.
TASTING NOTES:
This wine is shy and delicate on the nose, with a bit of honeysuckle and pear. It’s similarly light on the palate, with slender, graceful lychee notes. The texture is rippling and satiny, with a faint pear sweetness balanced by acidity. Despite its delicate profile, the wine lingers into a medium-length finish.
