TASTING NOTES:
The brother’s Saint-Péray is a blend of 50% Marsanne and 50% Roussane grown in clay and limestone soils. The wine pours a mid-gold color and exhibits great freshness both on the nose and palate. Flavors of apricot and ripe stone fruits balance with orange citrus to create a dynamic interplay of richness and zing. The palate is light with excellent flavor intensity, leading into a long, elegant finish. Enjoy with monkfish with caper butter or coconut poached black bass.
