WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Chenin Blanc is one of the oldest & most widely-planted grape varieties in South Africa. This fruitful wine is blended with Viognier to add weight and earthiness. Citrus blossom and stone fruit aromas are followed by creamy peach flavours and a crisp finish.
The South African winelands lie at the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the smallest but most biodiverse of the world’s six floral kingdoms. Bloem, derived from the Dutch word for “flower”, captures the essence of this unique and dynamic ecosystem with refreshing fruit aromas, clean, creamy flavours, and a hint of exotic spice.
