WINEMAKER NOTES:
Deep, brilliant cherry red color with a purple hue. Expressive, rich and complex nose with a solid core of black berries (blackcurrant, black cherry), spices and wild sage framed by a menthol tone. Harmonious, well-balanced and full-bodied, fine and elegant tannins. The aftertaste is rich and savory with fruity and spicy flavors delivering a vanilla and licorice length.
Blend: 49% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot
TASTING NOTES:
Lovely red and black fruit on the nose with charming tea leaf notes, framed by leather and coffee undertones. Nicely constructed palate, with lots of layers and fine-grained tannins. Soothing and soft, with a persistent finish.
