WINEMAKER’S NOTE’S:
When one is a native of a wine village the village cuvée goes with family history and childhood memories. This wine conforms to that rule delivering a sensual perfume of vetiver.
Fermentation in oak barrels (30% new barrels / 70% 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 year old barrels). Ageing on fine lees for 12 months in barrels followed by 4 months in vats
