WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The Sangiovese grapes destined for the production of Anna’s Secret are selected and harvested by hand in order to obtain a high quality rosé. The must used is exclusively that coming from the dripping of the grapes, the flower must, the most noble and valuable part of the grape juice. The subsequent operations are all carried out at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. Bottling takes place about 5 months after harvest.
