WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This delicate, light-bodied wine has an abundance of red berry aromas and flavors which include red currant, tart cherry, and red raspberry. The subtle spiciness that is present on the palate is reminiscent of the delicacy of white pepper. The somewhat acidic nature of this wine makes it a perfect accompaniment to a meal. This wine will help cleanse your palate while maintaining the bright fruit flavors and slight floral aromas that are sure to linger well beyond your last sip.
