Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and securely secured. We deliver to thousands of customers every day from all over the world. This shows that we're committed to being the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also still be in the original package.
