WINEMAKER’S NOTE:
A red wine with good aromatic intensity. Aromas of freshly picked berries along with notes of licorice typical of the Tempranillo variety. All this well-combined with the sweet notes of the spices that come from the aging in 225l barrels for 18 months.
The wine pairs perfectly with meat, fish, stews, and cheeses.
Blend: 85% Tempranillo,15% Garnacha, Graciano & Mazuelo
TASTING NOTES:
I like the smoked-meat, bark and berry aromas that follow through to a medium body with ultra-fine tannins and a long, creamy finish. Tangy and delicious. Hints of burnt orange at the end. Fresh meat, too.

This dark-ruby-colored wine has a nose of pomegranate, milk chocolate and orange zest. It is bright on the palate, with cherry, raspberry, butterscotch, lavender and eucalyptus flavors. Boldness is equally matched in acidity and tannic structure, making for a long, elegant finish.
