WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Gold with green tints. On the nose, pronounced lemon citrus core with tree fruits of pear and crisp apple lined with a floral note of jasmine. Citrus and tree fruits are complemented by a hint of brioche and toast on the palate. The creaminess but refreshing acidity of this Chardonnay makes it a great pairing for shellfish, roasted chicken, pasta in cream sauce and zesty grilled vegetable dishes. For a delicious cocktail hour, pair with mild cheeses.
TASTING NOTES:
This is a steely, intensely flavored wine, with elements of vanilla oak and layers of stone fruit, green apple and mango. It offers good value and well-integrated acidity.
