WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Gravity Red Blend is named for a remote, hard-to-reach block on one of the lowest slopes of the Monte Rosso Vineyard. Its location on the edge of a canyon yields grapes with exceptional intensity. Decadent dark fruit notes of plum and black raspberry are balanced with a plethora of supporting players – hints of cinnamon, cedar, graphite and pepper add dimension and complexity to this strikingly rich red blend.
TASTING NOTES:
Lots of rich and luscious fruit with soft, silky tannins that are bold and rich. Full-bodied, dense and rich. Big wine. Flavorful finish.

The 2017 Proprietary Red Blend Gravity is a blend of 62% Petite Sirah, 21% Zinfandel, 16% Syrah and 1% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it charges out of the glass with prunes, blueberry pie, baked black cherries and spice cake notes plus touches of dried mint and incense. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a solid, chewy structure and plenty of juicy black and blue fruits, finishing earthy.
