TASTING NOTES:
Complex, compelling aromas of fig, mint and cocoa start this full-bodied wine off with a bang before rich, jammy blackberry and blueberry flavors flood the palate. The texture is quite tannic, but is balanced out by the richness and concentration of the fruit tones. It’s a big, boisterous wine that needs some equally big proteins to pair with.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Two Angels Petite Sirah is very dark purple in color and boasts savory aromas of ripe blackberries, cherries, dark plum, French roast coffee with a hint of roast game. The flavors mimic the aromas on this well-balanced Petite Sirah. It is well structured, with a silkiness that belies the weight and big body of this wine. The finish is long and luxurious.
