WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The 2016 vintage of Les Cadrans de Lassègue shows deep and brilliant coloring. The nose showcases black cherry, cranberry, spice and violet, expressing a silky Merlot character. Rich and round on the palate, with a touch of well-integrated oak and fine-grained tannins, the wine is polished and exuberant. Fresh acidity on the finish reflects the total harmony of the Cabernet Franc. A Saint-Emilion in perfect equilibrium, to drink now and over the next 10 years.
Blend: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
