WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Chateau de Bellevue’s Lussac St Emillion is an organically grown Bordeaux blended from 95% Merlot and just 5% Cabernet Franc. This exceptional wine is ready to drink right away, but will age impressively if you can resist opening it immediately. It’s deeply flavored with aromatic raspberry and strawberry, finishing off with earthy limestone and soft tannins. Lussac Saint-Emilion will pair perfectly with a classic, simple grilled steak or chop dinner, but it will also play well with cheeses, pasta dishes, or low-and-slow braises.
