WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Scents of caramel, cherry and raspberry. Flavors of black fruit, violet, pepper and clove. The fruit for the Diamond Red Blend is selected based on flavor and tannin ripeness, and is a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and other complementary red varieties. Once the wine is made, a portion is aged on a combination of French and American oak.
