Aromas of pine, cinnamon, dried blackcurrant and fruit peel. It’s medium-bodied with sleek tannins and a creamy, chocolatey finish. Drink or hold.

Including a splash of Petit Verdot (2%), the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is another solid, impeccably made value from this estate. Darker currant fruits, vanilla oak, spice, and a hint of tobacco give way to a medium to full-bodied, textured, balanced 2018 that’s going to be well worth following over the coming 7-8 years or more.

WINEMAKER’S NOTE:
This beautifully blended 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is exquisitely balanced with excellent fruit concentration. On the nose, this wine offers fresh blackberries, black cherries, blueberry pie, graphite, toasted brioche, and a touch of lavender. The palate offers plush but concentrated tannins, mixed berry jam, dried black cherries, dark chocolate, toasted walnuts, cedar, and a touch of vanilla bean with a finish that softens and lingers.
