WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Tenute Neirano Barolo is red, with yellowish orange hints due to the aging process. Dry, velvety and austere, with a bouquet of faded rose and of violet.
Pair with red meat, game, and pungent cheeses.
TASTING NOTES:
A decent Barolo here, with nutty blackberry character and some velvety, violet-stained tannin on the medium-bodied palate. A little firm still, but fruity and approachable. Try after 2024.
