TASTING NOTES:
The lots for Meyer Cabernet Sauvignon are kept separate throughout winemaking to retain individual block and varietal characters. Small capacity fermentation tanks, carefully timed pump-overs and punch- downs, a mix of native and cultured yeasts, the finest French cooperage and extended aging result in a wine noted for its deep flavor and velvety tannins.
“Pretty blackcurrants and blueberries on the nose. Full body, round and silky tannins and a gorgeous, flavorful finish with lots of dark fruit and intensity in the aftertaste.”
