BREWER’S NOTES:
Local, all-natural aodani plums are soaked in Tozai sake for over three months resulting in an incredibly balanced sake with tart, juicy acidity on the finish. Plum blossoms are known as “The Flowers of Peace” in Japan and symbolize growth, renewal, and awakening.
Aromas of almond and marzipan followed by plum, apricot, and cherry on the palate. The soft tartness and acidity balance the finish with a slightly sweet smoothness.

Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also still be in the original package.
