TASTING NOTES:
Black currant and cherry fruit is ripe and aromatic on the nose and palate of this fresh and harmonious Champagne. The airy mousse carries flavors of pastry dough, toasted almond, chalky mineral and ground anise. Drink now through 2018. 250 cases imported.

A Blanc de Noir with zero dosage. The nose has a bold array of cherries, cassis and blueberry fruit aromas, very fresh and direct. The palate’s assertive and deep from the get-go, pushes horizontal; phenolics are a feature and the dry style works well here. Drink now or hold for two to three years.
