TASTING NOTES:
Liquorice aromatic notes with resonant plum and red apple. Deep, exuberant, mouth-filling, vigorous and long, this is an exuberant, vinous Champagne with plenty of richly-textured aromatic lift. Crowd-pleasing but connoisseur-pleasing too.

This is Boizel’s cuvée, an attractively balanced wine with ripe apples and perfumed acidity. Like all Champagnes from this producer, it has a majority of Pinot Noir in the blend bringing richness and a fine texture. Drink now.

A creamy Champagne with a subtle, salty underpinning. This frames delicate notes of Marcona almond, dried white cherry and honey with bright, citrus-laced acidity.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The expressive, fine and fresh nose opens on white flowers, followed by elegant, fruity notes of white peach, apricot, hints of citrus fruits and brioche. Its texture is seductive, fresh and round, and well balanced. The first aromas are magnified, joined by intense notes of pear compote and acacia honey.
Blend: 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier
