DISTILLER’S NOTES:
The latest chapter of the Midleton Dair Ghaelach story. Translated to English, Dair Ghaelach means Irish Oak. This single pot still has first been matured in a combination of American oak, ex-bourbon barrels before being finished for 2 years in Virgin Irish Oak. With the youngest whiskey being 15 and the oldest 28, each cask was hand selected by Billy Leighton, Master Blender and Kevin O’Gorman, Master of Maturation. The Knockrath Forest is situated deep in the Wicklow Mountains, a stones throw from the stunning Glendalough valley. Each of the 7 trees were sustainably harvested, yielded just 42 casks. Tree 3 has an oriental spiciness to it. Warming clove and paprika, with some smokiness lingering.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also still be in the original package.
