TASTING NOTES:
A pale straw-silver hue, the newest release of the NV Champagne Intuition Brut is based on the 2020 vintage, with approximately half Chardonnay and the rest Pinot Noir and Meunier, and was disgorged in April of 2023. It opens with fresh aromas of citrus blossoms, ripe peach, and with a hint of almond. The palate is generous with balanced tangerine citrus and a lovely salty flourish on the mid and back palate. With a refined, approachable mousse and a clean finish, it would make for an excellent aperitif or it can be enjoyed over the coming 8-10 years. 7 grams per liter dosage.

An elegant Champagne, with pretty hints of elderflower and graphite on the nose accenting ripe nectarine, salted almond and star fruit flavors on the palate. Mouthwatering and well-balanced, with a finely detailed mousse. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

A flavorful Champagne with aromas of spiced apple, brioche, lemon zest and hazelnut. It’s medium-bodied with creamy bubbles and crisp acidity. Lightly toasty with a gentle finish. Drink now.

The Champagne has a relatively high dosage, giving a soft wine with fine ripe fruits and a perfumed interchange among the three main Champagne varieties. It is still fresh, full of white and citrus fruits.
