A blend of High West’s signature straight bourbon and rye whiskeys, finished in The Prisoner Red Blend wine barrels.
On the nose, cherry blossom, pomegranate, macerated prunes, dried violets, ginger beer, dark mead and toasted cedar chips. On the palate, honey-roasted figs, apricot jam on grilled brioche, black pepper, coconut pound cake, French oak spice, caramel drizzled over blood orange slices. A bold but inviting finish of cold brew coffee, berry crème brûlée, and roasted pecans.
