WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Planted at the site of a historic apple and pear orchard dating back to the pioneers who settled Oregon. The Pinot Gris is whole-cluster pressed and fermented at very cool temperatures preserving the fresh aromatics of ripe pear, honey dew melon, white peach, apricot and white cherry aromas joined byb an array of stone fruits, guava and a wonderful balance of creamy richness and acidity. Fermented in 91% stainless steel and 95 neutral French Oaks.
