Robert Mondavi believed that Pinot Noirs from the Central Coast offer an incredible depth of varietal flavor. Grapes from vineyards resting between the Pacific Ocean and mountains create a naturally complex taste. Our 2022 Central Coast Pinot Noir is blended from high-quality vineyards in both warmer and cooler climates. The warmer climates bring notes of bright red cherries and ripe red currants. The cooler climates impart notes of violet, bright acidity, and soft tannins. Oak aging creates a finish of tobacco and vanilla bean. Enjoy with sweet-spice roasted or red-fruit infused white meats, poultry and duck, savory seafood, and semi-soft cheeses.
