WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
With a color of pale gold and aromas of white flowers and pears, this is a wonderfully easy drinking wine. It is light and fresh, with a nice acidity on the palate and a finish filled with white fruits. A versatile wine, this Pinot Blanc goes with a number of dishes including shellfish, fish and white meat. Its acidity makes it a good solution for those difficult-to-pair dishes, like asparagus. Serve chilled, around 50° F.
