WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The 2022 Joel Gott California Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of honeydew melon, peaches and lychee with citrus notes. On the palate, the wine opens with tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the mid-palate and notes of ruby red grapefruit on the long, clean balanced finish.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromatic, juicy and fragrant, with Key lime pie, tangerine, lime sherbet, fresh-cut green apple and fresh-grated ginger all singing on a mouthwatering frame. Ends with a long, expressive finish. Drink now. 109,000 cases made. —MW– Wine Spectator, 92 pts.
Sliced lemon and apple with some passion fruit and flint here. A rather generous and fruity sauvignon blanc with medium body, followed by a slightly mineral finish. Drink now
