Intense violet color. Complex nose of red and dark fruit with subtle spice and leather hints. Well-structured. Ripe fruit jam, leather and meat flavors. Finishes long and lingering, with soft, sweet tannins. Pair this red blend with a spicy meat dish like Szechuan noodles with spicy beef sauce.
