WINEMAKER NOTES:
Bright red with intense violet tints. Aromas of fruits such as black plums and blackberries stand out. the aging in oak provides spicy and chocolate aromas. The palate is complex and tasty with ripe tannins and a balanced acidity
TASTING NOTES:
Spiced ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and nutmeg with an attractive balsamic edge that delivers a hint of porcini mushroom. Quite juicy and plump on the medium- to full-bodied palate, with lots of fruit rounded by sleek, fine-grained tannins. Quite a long finish. Drink or hold.
