WINEMAKER’S NOTE:
Richer than the Bourgogne Blanc, the Pouilly retains a nice freshness thanks to the saline notes that appear on the finish.
TASTING NOTES:
A lush white, revealing aromas and flavors of peach, apple, butterscotch, blanched almond and toasty oak. This is backed by vibrant acidity, with just a hint of light tannins gracing the long finish. Shows fine balance and length. Drink now.
